Haha. I did. I met up with my long lost schoolmate after like 30+ years recently.

He was my primary school classmate. To me, he was the best looking guy in class. During that time, I didn't know I had a crush on him until we left our school to move on to secondary. We went to different school, but as my secondary school was near his home, I frequent his home often just to see him. I even stayed on for dinner with his family at times. I didn't know I had a crush on him until much later and I am still not sure why I keep wanting to see him back then.

Fast forward, present day. He didn't change much. His signature hairstyle, boy-next-door look and smile are still what I remembered, except much older. He is straight by the way and married.

We had a great time catching up with each other and from our conversation, I found him to be very open and non-judgmental. Somewhere during our conversation, he told me that one of his friend from his uni intro his partner to him and I took the opportunity and came out to him.

I am not usually the type who would just come out to people, but I am glad I did as I just want to be honest with him, as he me. We talked quite a fair bit about our personal lives and stuff and incidents and people of yesteryear.

I am sure we will keep in touch and hopeful build upon our friendship as we had lost touch for so many years.

My Taiwan Trip 2011

Met this young guy the next morning I arrived in Taipei. He msg me on Jack'd and we met and we fxxked. Decided to give him my underwear since I thought his underwear were really ugly. After that we did not managed to meet and I thought that was it.

It wasn't until my trip was about to come to an end that I chatted with him again. So I decided to spent my last nite with him and fly off the next evening.

I met him at Xi Men Ding and he was still as cute as the first day I saw him. Instead of bringing me to his place, he lead me to a boutique hotel nearby. The small room had everything one need for a good time and even a small tub. We both took a bath in the small tub. Passion too over and we kissed and kissed and made passionate love. Even though I was having sex almost everyday, I was really turned on my the hot young bod before me and I was really into the session. After the hot passion, we lay in bed chatting and more kissing. That nite, we hug as we slept.

The next morning, I woke up with a raging hard on and more sex ensured. Then we head for breakfast. After breakfast we rested a bit and I gave him my Calvin Klien underwear as a gift to remember out times together. We checked out of the hotel and went for lunch before heading to his house nearby to leave my backpack.

We went to watch a critically acclaimed Taiwanese movie called "You are the apple of my eyes"(那些年, 我們一起追過的女孩). during the show, we hold hands and at times, we kissed. After the show, we went back to get my backpack. During those time, we stole kisses when we think no one was watching, hold hands, etc. I felt like a school boy again going out on a date.

Well, all good things have to come to an end and I had to bid farewell to my cute Taiwanese boy. As the bus drove off from the bus terminal, I felt a void developed in my heart. I can feel that he really liked me and I too had never felt mushy inside for a long time.

He text me saying he like me and I replied. "Thanks for liking me" (謝謝你喜歡我) (As in the movie we watched).

As I was fumbling through my backpack looking for my spare phone battery, I found a note from the boy saying he had enjoyed the day with him and he left me a gift; the blue shorts he wore during our time together. I did mentioned that I wanted to get a similar shorts but we never found the time to shop for one. I was touched. The short fits me too.

I've been to Taiwan many times and I can say, I usually treat such trip as a fxxk and forget, but somehow, this boy makes it hard for me to forget. Shit, am I really getting old and mushy.

The plane landed in Sg but the memories still lingers on of the time I spent with this boy.

1st Post of 2011

Hadn't had the mood to blog these days. Thanks to those whom had sent me greetings for my 49th Birthday, which had passed recently.

Ya, approaching the big 50 next year. Surprisingly, I felt much better and healthier. Must be the placenta and propolis supplements that I've been taking. Hmm, have never been that health conscious before, it's good to take care of oneself as one ages and it helps when one feels better.

Late 2010 and 2011 is a year of new experiences. Been trying lots of stuff which I had never had the nerve to try. But what the hack, I am not getting younger and there is no harm experiencing it. I can only say, there are no regrets and I am enjoying it to the max.

Relationship wise, nothing fruitful yet. maybe I wasn't even trying hard enough. Sex was always great. Been dabbing my hands in some SM stuff, interestingly, I was rather turn-on, maybe because it was new but the thought of dominating someone totally and owning them sounds exciting. (evil grin) Hehehe.

The last few week was crazy, been having sex non-stop just after my birthday right up till yesterday. About one and a half week of non-stop fun. Whoa, I've never been so sexed up before. Hahaha. Luckily, it ended on a high note. The last bottom I had gave me such a nice blowjob and I fucked him up so good the he soiled my bedding. Well, shit happens but I am not angry with him. It was a really good session.

Well, life's been good and I am working my butt out in losing weight and getting bigger chest and back.

Here's toward the Big 50.

Year of Change

I have not been posting since Jan this year. Maybe because I was tired, maybe I was jaded, maybe I was depressed. But its all gone now. I am back.

When you hit rock bottom, the only way to go is up.

Like I've mentioned in my earlier post, things hasn't been smooth last year. But this year, it's different.

New life - Being single again.
New career - Dabbling my hands into the entertainment industry. (Sorry, will be keeping the career a secret)
New challenges - Losing weight. Had been quite successful so far, as I am still in the process. Was 86kg and currently lost a few kgs to 84. Looking at 78kg. Have been hitting the gym and watching my diet. Should be able to see more weight lost in Oct.

Sex have been great too. I feel stronger, last longer and been able to fuck harder and cum more. Must have been the improved health as well as the mental well being. Love to hear my partner make lots of noise in my ears asking me to fuck them hard. Have been waking up with terrible hard on of late.

Anyway, things seems to have picked up. Busying myself with work, I have not spent much time with my old friends, but yet, due to my new career, I am making new friends, but fortunately or unfortunately, they are str8, or at least most of them are. I even went on a movie date with a girl half my age. Am I turning str8 or what? Or maybe I am turning Bi. Hahaha. I dun know.

Except for the regular sex with men, most of my time had been busy with making money. Lots of opportunities had opened up for me and lots of deals coming in. I hope this run of luck will continue. I can't complain now.

Well, my 48th birthday is approaching and I will be working on my birthday. Which is rare, as I usually prefers to take a day off during my birthday. But then, I can't say no to the money coming my way, can I?

With no boyfriend to hold me back and no commitments to tie me down, I think work is the best solution for a birthday. Anyway, it's something I love to do as I am building my career in entertainment.

2010 A Year of Change

Had been doing some reflection before the year ended. Was bumming around when things started happening one after another. Have been very busy with lots of stuff.

Money seems to be flying towards me in many different directions. Money in the form of projects, sales, media, customer service jobs, etc. have been coming in. Which is why I have been kept busy. Which is a good thing, yet it demand nothing more than what I have already known or experience. The only setback is there are no time for my friends. Yet I am making new friends everyday in my customer service job.

Have also been busy with my media works. Finished a very big project recently and of which 3 will see the light of day soon.

The last couple of months have been very fruitful. Lots of doe and lots of fun. Hopefully will enjoy the fruits of my labour next year. 2010 is gonna be a very nice year indeed.

Epilogue to Viet Bar Girls of Geylang

A about a week later, my str8 friend called me and told me that he had contacted the girl that I was with as he has asked for her contact.

He had spoken to her on the phone and arranged to meet her for makan and maybe even sex at a price. The deal was set and he went to meet her at the arranged time. Then he told me that he was shocked how she had looked under the lights and told me that she totally cannot make it for him. Although he had arranged to have sex but decided to "hang tak kaki" and gave some lame excuse about work and went off after dinner.

I laughed and asked him what is he expecting as the bar was dark and one could only make out roughly how another would look. Moreover, we were by then a little high after some alcohol. I told him that after that nite, no one would bother to contact any of those girls; except him.

Since my str8 friend is still young and impressionable, I find quite amusing to see him go through all these learning curves on such events as it unfold before me. I hope he learned from his lessons and grow from the experience.

Viet Bar Girls of Geylang

The same co-worker have been pestering me for weeks to go with him to Geylang, telling me that he found out a cool place to spent time and get to touch the women of his dream for alot less. Well, having no more excuse to delay the trip, I relented and agreed to meet him at Geylang one more time.

This time,we went to a pub near Lorong 44. I didn't know that there were so many pubs there. The last time I went to a pub there was with my brother and my long time friend. It was a Thai bar with live band. This time round, I will be visiting a bar that has many Viet girls.

My friend told me that he had a good time there as the girls were pretty and sexy. He enjoyed himself as he gets to run his hands all over the girls. Such cheap thrills. I told him it make no difference as he will still be getting blue balls and nothing more. Still how do u tell a str8 guy who unlike a gay man, can get a better lay if one were to visit a gay sauna for just the price of the entrance fee?

We arrived at the pub early and there were barely 20 people there. It was Karaoke before 11 pm, so I sang a few songs. As the nite progresses the crowd got thicker. Customer came pouring in and jugs and columns of beer were seen on table tops. The Viet girls came too.

The girls usually comes in pairs. They will approach the table where you sit and they will reach out their hands. If you like their looks, dressing, etc. just invite them to sit down. If you don't, just tell them no. Most of the Viet girls speak Mandarin, some good some haulting.

My friend took awhile before he chose a sweet Viet girl to be by his side. Another friend joined us and the Viet girl introduced her volumptious sister for my other friend. As for me, I did not see any I fancied so I was without any companion for awhile. It was later, this sinewy, long hair girl came with her friend and hold out her hands. I quite like her looks so I took her hand and have her by my side.

As the nite got on, all inhibition was thrown into the air and all of us at the table were dancing, the girls got daring and were all over my friends and me. Certainly I wasn't the type to sit and do nothing. I remember she whispered in my ears, as I was massaging her back that if we were not in the public, she is in the mood for making love. Haha.. I told my friend and he was really jealous.

We started at 9 and ended the nite at around 2am. The other friend who joined us late were the 1st to leave. As I mentioned, my friend had the case of blue balls and he was horny so he asked me to accompanied him to Lorong 8 to get his load released. We reached there but unfortunately, he could not find the type he liked and decided to call it a day.

Surprisingly, I did enjoyed the company of the Viet girls. Her frame is small and petite and she smell nice. I love her long hair and he slender sexy body. Her kisses were soft. She did managed to make me imagine fucking her like what Gary Ng did to those girls in his blog; which I am a follower.

A thought flashed through my mind. I must be Bi. Haha..and a good one too.

PRC Girls of Geylang

Few weeks ago, I accompanied a fellow co-worker of mine to Geylang for his 1st visit with the pros. His 1st time ended with him having a not so pleasant experience.

I met him for dinner and we proceed to Lorong 8. Since it was a weekday, there wasn't much to choose from. I lead him through the alleys and to show him what he will be expecting.

We came back to Lorong 8 and he saw his target. As he was shy to speak, I ask on his behave for the PRC girl he like. The opening price was $100 and my friend did not even bargin and agreed immediately. It could also be the fact that the PRC girl was really pretty. My friend was excited and yet bashful of his choice. We proceed to the hotel counter and he paid $20 for the room. I left him and told him to call me when he is done.

I went to the coffee shop at the entrace of the Lorong to wait for him to finish. Happily drinking my coffee and watching the Chinese show on TV, I received a sms about 25 mins into waiting for him. I called him and found out that the PRC pros demanded another $100 if he wants to continue and left since my friend did not want to pay another $100. I was shocked. I thought it was supposed to be $100 for 1 shot regardless of the time. I was not aware that time is part of the package.

My friend end up having to go off with just half way through sex. Obviously he was very unhappy but what can he do? So we left the Geylang and went our own way home.

Poor guy, paid $120 to get a bath and half a fuck and blue balls for the rest of the nite.

Mother's Day 09

Mother's day. Massaged my bro that I am broke and was not in the mood to celebrate the event. He later said we will have breakfast nearby instead.

Woke up and it was raining heavily. I was thinking of calling off the breakfast with my parents. The call came. My bro came to pick me up.

The family all came to the hawker centre and we had our fill and left. Another family day passed. Not much happened. Mom is still recovering from stones after admitting to the ER last month.

My sis-in-law gave me some sweet dessert to take back. Pumpkin with sweet potatoes. Didn't sound appetizing but took it anyway. Got home to catch up with waking on a lazy Sunday morning.

Woke up from nap and was hungry. Took out the pumpkin dessert and started to eat. Suddenly flashes of memories come rushing to me.

I remember mom's cooking, and how she tried to cook for us when we were kids. She even went to CC to learn cooking. Whenever she comes back from her class, she would bring some samples of food back; those that she learned. Fast forward many years ahead, we are all grown up, mom has taken over granny's fruit stalls. She has no time to cook and it is dad that took over the cooking. Mom would prepare the food before she leave for work and dad will cook the food for us when he wakes up in the afternoon. Granny will help him with the cooking. After eating his late lunch, dad will leave for work. Dinner would have been prepared for us when we come back from work.

I remember my favourite would be black pepper pork and lup cheong fried eggs. It has been a long while since I had home cooked meal. Of course except Chinese New Year eve as mom would be busy preparing all the food for the family. Mom used to be busy for 2 family occassions. The 1st would be Chinese New Year and 2nd would be granny's birthday. Since granny has passed on, she now only prepares for Chinese New Year.

I remember when sis-in-law just got married to my brother and when my nephews and neice was borned, she too, went for cooking class. Years later, her kids; my nephews and neices are all grown up. My sis-in-law is still at it with her cooking. She has since moved on the make cakes and desserts.

Hmm..maybe I might just see when mom or dad is free. I sure would love to go back home to have home cooked meal again....one day.

A Singapore AJ Tour Guide's Log

Couple a days ago, I got a call from my best friend in Taiwan that his good buddy will be in Singapore the next few days.

Met B when I got his SMS on Friday. He met me at Chinatown Point. What to do next? Where should I bring him? Well, since we are already in Chinatown, might as well bring him and show him around Chinatown.

Day 1
First stop, SportmanAsia. - Singapore's very own gay apparel superstore. I really haven't been there for a long time and realised that it has moved and expanded. The amount of skimpy tongs, g-string, underwears, swim wears, etc. caught me speechless. It was really really an eye opener. As I will be bringing him for a swim, I suggest that he gets a swimming trunk. My friend finally decided on a branded swimming trunk which to him was rather expensive, but since he will be the only few to own a branded trunk in Taipei, he went ahead with the purchase.

Next, I guided him along Chinatown and showed him where is 10 men's sauna, Absolute, Backstage, Y Club, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and we ended the tour of Chinatown with a visit to Chinatown Food Court. We had Claypot rice which took about half and hour to wait. In the mean time, I bought Cha Kuay Teow and Pangkang Kaya toast with butter. He loves the Kaya toast which they don't have in Taiwan.

After dinner, brought him to One Seven sauna. He felt that the entry price was rather high for a sauna. He told me that most sauna in Taiwan was around 400 ~ 500NTD (S$18 ~ 22) except the a new sauna called Aniki which cost about 800NTD (S$32). We left around midnight and ended a nigt after supper.

Day 2
We met met in Parkway Parade Shopping mall and zoomed right into the food court for lunch. He had fish soup noodle while I had duck rice. After lunch, we headed toward Katong Swimming Pool. He was amazed how many guys with nice bod visits the pool. Some tan under the hot sun while others were in to pool. We did notic there was a particular uncle with baggy, bright yellowish swimming trunks which got translucent when it got wet, walking aorund aimelessly near the toilet entrance. It was a nice lazy afternoon, the sun was hot we chatted under some shade after a swim and watched those with nice gym tonned bod parade around the pool.

We met with another friend and decided to bring my friend to get a taste of our outdoor cruising area. My friend drove us to Tanjong Rhu car park. As we were walking towards the beach passing the construction site, we were stopped by some workers telling us that the way to the beach have been sealed. We have no choice but to turn back. Then we took my Taiwan friend toward the underpass where I showed him where some of the action happen will take place come nightfalls. As it was still daylight, not a soul was found. After which, we headed toward Old Airport Hawker Centre for some local food as it was approaching 5. This time round, I ordered, Nasi Lemak, Ota Ota, Satay while my other friend ordered, Laksa and fried oyster with eggs.

We rested in my place and later proceeded to City hall and then Central Mall trying to locate Zara outlet, which my friend wanted to see as they also have Zara outlet in Taiwan. Unfortunatelly, we weren't able to locate it as I am not an avid shopper. It was later that I found where Zara was located; Ngee Ann City. Leaving Central Mall, we proceed to Maxwell Hawker Centre to meet up with his Singapore friend he met while in Shanghai.

His friend was late and we waited till 11pm when 2 gym bod guys approach our table. His friend took us to "Does Your Mother Know" (DYMK for short). It was my first time back into the clubbing scene. Haven't been into a club for ages. The club which is located opposite the Kerta Ayer Theatre, attracts all the beautiful people; some more beautiful than others. Lots of eye candy gym bods some dressed to kill, while some dressed to thrill. My friend's friend started with about 2 gradually swelled to 10 and I lost count on how many new friends we met. A few guys caught my friend's attention and we had nice time chatting and wild away the time.

We left DYMK with the group and went over to Play. As one of the guy in the group had a place reserved. All eight of us were allowed to cut the queue and enter. Two bottles of champange was open at our table. At 12 midnight, the club was packed to the brim. I felt foreign and yet familiar going back into the club scene after so long. It does feel nice to see beautiful people around having a good time. After a few drinks, I was more relax. The new group of friends were friendly and I got hit by one of the guy which I was totally not interested. There were a couple of really nice looking guys next to our table which caught my friend's attention. Even I was mesmerized by the guys next to us. It was later that the guy my friend was interested came and talked to my friend. It made his day. It was a long day, but I did enjoy myself. We left the club at 2+ and went to Maxwell for some supper and later home for me and my friend, his hotel.

Day 3
I was too tired to climb out of bed this morning. Lazed till 10+. Called my friend to meet at 2+ for a day of shopping. My friend wanted to check out brands like Zara (1st time I heard it). Checked the internet and it is in Ngee Ann City. Brought my friend there and he did manage to buy a couple of items. Walking towards Paragon, we were treated with a nice surprise. Some Swing Band group was performing at the entrance of Paragon. There were also some dancers dancing to the music in front of a large group of Sunday shoppers and pedestrians. Quite an interesting afternoon I must say.

My friend was tired and wanted a massage, so took him to Wang Yang. Later I showed him where is Absolute and we parted ways as he make his way toward Absolute for the foam party. My friend messaged me that he left the place at 11pm. I think he must have enjoyed himself there.

That's pretty much sums up the trip for my friend.

Marketing Lesson

Got this from an interesting blog.

==================================

Good fxxks are just like good marketers

You see a handsome guy at a party. When I clicked on BW forum, I was linked to a porn site. I panicked. I called Hendry immediately.

"our website have been hijacked?" I said.
"Don't know. It happened a few hours ago." came the reply.
"what happened?", I asked.
"Don't know yet, I have been trying to get in touch with the web support, but I could not reach them." said Hendry.
"Ok. Let me know once you get back online."

The thought of BW getting hijacked or hacked worries me. But there is nothing I can do. I suddenly remembered the same incident happened 2 years ago when BW were taken offline from Forumer. For a couple of days after BW was taken offline, life after work was aimless. It was then that we decided to migrate to a paid site to host BW. And we haven't looked back sinced.

Years ago, not being an avid surfer for newsy stories of polictics or porn like some of my friends. I chanced upon Blowing Wind and the then Hong Lim Park from friends. There was no short of stories, gossips and local gay news, etc. from the 2 popular forums. But due to some management thingy, Hong Lim Park have been inactive.

It was later that I was invited by the mod to join BW as one of the moderator. And that changed my life completely. Now, my life have somehow intertwine with BW and a day without logging in to BW is like a compass that has lost it's bearing.

Through BW, I have met many interesting people and learned tons of things. Made some really good friends and well, some really nasty anonymous enemies. Haha..My BW EC friend even says my England have improved.

I don't know about others, but Life would be boring without BW forum.

P/s : BW Forum is back in action now.

BW Website Got Hijacked

Couple of hours ago, Blowingwind website got hijacked and now it is a str8 porn site.

Hendry is trying to rectify the problem to get BW online ASAP.

Pressure Cooker

When my mom bought a pressure cooker back in the 80s. I am fascinated by it shape and by it's function. Throw food into the cooker and close the lid. Place the cooker onto the stove and let it cook. When the food is about done, the valve will spin as steam comes out of it, creating loud hissing sound.

I think I might be bottling up lots of stuff of late and I can hear the loud hissing sound coming out from my thoughts. My mind is full and yet no particular thoughts come to my mind. I know some things needs to be done but yet I am procrastinating lots of stuff. Like clearing the back room to be rented out, cleaning the room, clearing my hard drives of it's files, etc. I am doing neither.

As I was flipping through my song list on my Omnia phone, the song by Garry Schyman - Praan; which I had downloaded, props up. Listening to it with my wireless Bluetooth headset, and although I do not understand a single word the Indian female was singing, I started to tear up as I suddenly got sentimental. I was wondering why my emotion was acts up on me. Was it the song, my hormones or was it because of too much things on my mind? Am I craking up?

I think my mood is swinging between nonchalant, happy, sentimental, abusive, bored, playful and bothered, not in any particular order. Something is wrong? Hope not. Physically I am fine. Hahaha. Maybe it can explain why some of the guests on the forum are getting flaks from me. I am highly combative when challenged.

I think I should whip myself back into shape. Hopefully the body is willing and the mind is not weak. Exercise should help me detoxify all nasty stuff and get me up and running.

Mingling with Friendly Straight People

One of my ex colleague messaged me to attend a CNY visiting on the 28th Jan at her friend's new house and since I've not seen her for some time, I said ok. She SMS me the address and I went.

Upon reaching the house, I noticed it was a white 3 stories tall bungalow which was just renovated. There were already many people busying themselves at the courtyard. Suddenly, my old schoolmate walked out of the house. He and his wife was shocked to see me at their doorstep and asked me how I know they have moved here. Obviously they both knew that they did not invite me and was totally shocked to see me.

I was surprise to see them too. I told them I was invited by my ex colleague, who happens to be their friend. The proud owner of the new house was my ex schoolmate about 30 years ago. Back then, we studied together and we had a bunch of friends who goes out together. After graduation we kept in touched and organized get together dinners for many many years until everyone was married, less me and another classmates. Then I started to drift away from the group as I do not want to answer the never ending questions of why I am still single. I have not seen my friends for years although we did try to kept in touch on and off.

It turns out that my classmate and his wife had spent the last 6 years in MLM and had recently been awarded the highest title. The house they just bought is huge with many rooms, a front yard and back porch. The furnitures and dining tables were oozing opulence and extravagence, so much so that I felt nauseous. Activities were happening around me; mahjong, card games, etc. But I chosed to stay with my ex colleague watching her making dumplings with a few ladies at the kitchen.

Some how, I did not do much interaction with my ex classmate and his wife. Somehow, I was cornered to attend my classmate's achievement day on 5th Feb. I was conflicted. I would like to see my ex classmate do well but I never really like MLM. I know you will eventually be sucked in by the group dynamics. Still I couldn't find myself to say no to my ex colleague and my now distance ex classmate.

I did however find the group happy and cheerful and everyone seems to be having a great time at the CNY gathering. Their cheerfulness somehow rubbed off on me. We had Yu-Sheng and I took a few bites for luck.

I left the gathering making many new friends which names I couldn't recall but much more relax and yes, I did enjoy myself and the food and I did managed to catch some of the CNY spirit.

==================

The day of recognition for my ex classmate quickly came. They had booked a big hall in one of the building in Shenton Way. It was a formal dress event but I went there wearing jeans, T-shirt and a jacket. My ex colleague did not informed me and I felt so under dress for the event. Well, embarassement aside, I kept thinking how I could squirm my way out of the event.
But I didn't and stayed on till the end. My ex colleague was the MC for the event. After videos presentation and many speeches later, my ex classmate and his wife took to the stage and spoke about how they arrived at where they are.

I am humbled by what my friend said during his speech. I know his success comes to him with lots of hard work and sweat. It is also nice to see that he and his wife are still so loving. I am happy for him. Many wants to duplicate his success and the whole hall was accolading his success. He and his wife are like celebrities being mobbed my adoring fans wanting to congratulate them. The whole event finised at about 10pm.

I was cajoled by my ex colleague into joining them for supper at Lau Pasat. I went even though I was hoping to make a disappearing act. The whole Lau Pasat was filled with laughters and noise of about 30 to 40 over guests spilling over from the event. There were guests from Vietnam, Malaysia and Taiwan who flew here to witness the event.

My ex classmate and his wife was mobbed once again by his guest and downlines asking for their autographs on the name card they pass out. After dinner, I made some excuse and left Lau Pasat after bidding my goodbyes.

On my way back home, I pondered on the whole event from the SMS message I received before CNY till the event which has just ended. Trying to see with a clear mind what I've witness and what am I going to do with my future. I have no answer. But I do know that, I did felt a tad bit awkward mingling with so many straight strangers at one go. Friendly and welcoming as they maybe, I can't help but wonder if I should be spending time with them because I know the usual Q&A about me being single will eventually crop up. When it happens, I hate to see myself putting up my defences and going through the usual blah blah bullshit.

I better don't think too far ahead. Shit. I've already agreed to meet my ex colleague next Tuesday to start my detox program. Shit. More mingling with straight nice people.

Side note; there was a cute guy who did catches my attention.

Celebrating Chinese New Year - 2009

Chinese New Year to me is a non-event. To me, CNY is just like any other holidays except longer. For the last few years, I just can't find the mood to celebrate it. Does it have anything to do with my granny's passing about 4 yrs ago? I don't know? Somehow, I just can't find back the spirit. It was worst; the years following her passing. Whenever I goes back to my parents' place, I will feel guilty and I dreaded that kind of feeling. Don't ask me why I feel guilty, I just do. Could it be because my sub-consciou telling me that I have not been a good grandson/son? I don't know.

Every year during CNY eve, all my sibilings, nephews & nices will gather at my parent's place for reunion dinner. It is a yearly event. My parents will cooked lots for food for the reunion. Mom will be pushing herself to prepare food for everybody. Dad will help out somewhat but mom won't get to rest till the 4th day of CNY.

Before the end of dinner, I would have developed a headache. My head would throb gradualy until it is unbearable. It has been so for the past few years. By then, I would have wanted the dinner to end and I quickly get back home to recover or I will have to swallow pain killers and hope that the pain goes away soon. Luckily, this year it wasn't that bad. The pain was very mild and I don't have to take any pain killers.

First day of CNY is as per the past many years. My sworn bro will bring his wife and kid for lunch and later I would go visiting my 2 uncles; one on dad's side and one on mom's side, with my bros and sis and their family. As usual, I would have collected all the ang pow from all my relatives; my parents, my bro, my 3 uncles and my aunt. It has been our tradition since I was a kid and had never change. Every year for the past many years since we were kids till we are grown ups, it has always been so. Anyway, it is also the only time I get to see my uncles and aunts. This year is no exception. It is a yearly routine.

CNY holidays came and went. Tomorrow is the 3rd day of CNY and it is also granny's death anniversay. As usual, we will be visiting the temple where my grandparent and uncles' ashes are kept. My parents had also bought and reserved "a place" at the temple for themselves when their time comes.

I wonder should I also reserve myself a place at the temple or should I just tell them to scattered my ashes in the sea when my time comes? Anyway, I don't think I want to think much about that at the moment. Life goes on even when your love one has pass on and the only thing that are left behind are just memories or photographs of them frozen in time.

Admirers from BW

Been getting lots of PMs and emails from BW lately. Some wants to have sex with me and some wants to be friend with me. Most says that they have been following my posting for some time and have grown curious about who I am.

In Matthew 16:
Peter ask Jesus who he is, and Jesus respond "Who do you say I am; Who are you?"
"I know who I am, with your reaction, all of you will tell me who you are."

I am not a Christian nor a religious person, I got the above quote from watching one of the episode of "Eli Stone" (Season 02 Ep 09).

I have responded with replies to some members and ignored some. It is interesting that my internet persona have it's admirers. I am flattered by the attention but then, it is not something I was expecting when I sign up as a mod.

Well, looking forward, I hope to meet and make more new friends and hopefully contribute more to the PLU community or the society at large.

2009

2008 came and went and now it's year 2009. Somehow, I don't feel the spirit of 2009 as dark clouds of 2008 still hovers above. It had been a rough year for the world as well as for me. Sadly, there are no silver lining yet. My mood for 2009 was neither cheery nor gloomy just nonchalant.

The only thing that lifted me up was a nice gathering I had with some friends before New year. We had dinner in a club and later proceed for karaoke. I sang my heart out till I had sore throat for the next few days. The sore throat got worst and I got to see a doc where I was given 2 days MC for NYE and NYD. Well, shit happens, but life goes on.

Let's hope 2009 is better than 2008.

Free Community Church's X'mas Service

I was invited to attend a X'mas service cum buffet by my close friend yesterday evening. Though I am not a Christian, I decided to attend.

My friend told me that the church he is attending is an all inclusive Church. It's doors are open to gays, lesbians, transgenders, Bi, migrant workers, divorcees, etc. I was wondering what kind of Church it would be like? It used to be called Safe Heaven before being renamed to Free Community Church. I went with an open mind.

Reached the church late as I was held up with some last minute work. We picked up a friend who was from another Church and made our way to the church. By then, the service had started. We were ushered to our seats at the back. The Church is housed inside a warehouse building which is very near to Aljunied MRT. The Hall is on the 2nd floor. It is not a very big hall but it was seated with up to about 100 over people. Though small, there was a small platform at the front which could accommodate a live band and the organ was on the side. Two projectors hung overhead showing videos and lyrics to hymns on both ends of the hall. The high roof was adorned with rows of light as it shone down towards the platform during services. Some rooms were at the sides and pantry and wash rooms at the back. The hall was draped with curtains to block the lights from outside.

The event had choir singing, communion, etc. Most noticeable was a play written by a church member which told the story of 2 women during the time when Jesus was born. How they were madly in love and their struggles to be accepted. It was well acted by the lead actresses. Next, Gary delivered a rather interesting sermon on 4 words; "God is with you". The old pastor ended the service with a blessing. All in all the service was pretty much like services I attended eons ago; only that the majority of the congregation was gay.

A nice Gmen looking guy did caught my attention. Haha..too bad I did not get to chat with him. Anyway, we later proceed to the buffet and it was serving western food. There was pasta, German Wieners, salad, onion rings and chips, etc. Food was ok. It is nice to have some western food.

Met and chatted with a couple of guys whom I knew and some whom I knew but had never had the opportunity to get to know. Overall, the experience was nice and it think it is good that one can go and attend a Church service who don't condemn you for being gay and gays don't have to try to behave like straight just to attend a Church service.

Generally, the congregation consist of mostly young people between 20s - 30s. Some very geeky, some you can tell it is very obviously gay, some butch lesbians who dressed like men, some straight looking couples, a few GWM, a few chubs, 1 Gmen, a few gym bods types and lots of very hard working volunteers that put in time and effort to make the event a success.

It would be nice to go to the Church if I were Christian. Even though I am not, I dun mind going there to listen to the service and sing, although I do get uncomfortable somewhat when they were saying grace and singing praises because I simply don't have faith in a religion which is so misinterpreted. But I can see that many there does have the faith.

For those of you reading this blog, why not drop by FCC for it's services if you have nothing to do?

Free Community Church @ http://www.freecomchurch.org/

Show Buffs

I watched many shows...actually obscenely many shows. I started since a very young age as I live near an old amusement park with 3 cinemas. I remember clocking about a 100+ shows in a year when I was just 15 or 16 years old. The no. was most probably bump up due to double-bill for some Chinese shows. After school, I would go down to catch a show from Paramount, Grand, Pacific, Hoover, Ruby, Rex, Odean, etc. Cinemas.

Besides movies shows, I am also a TV & Video buffs.
I've watched shows in Mandarin, English, Korean, Cantonese, Japanese, Tamil/Hindi, Malay, Tagalog & Thai.

Movies - Action, Drama, Thriller, Horror & Comedy etc.

TV programs like;
Documentaries - Science, Biography, Crime, Technology, etc.
Talk Shows - Entertainment Tonite, 康熙來了, etc.
Game Shows - 我猜,我猜,我猜猜猜, 綜藝大哥大, etc.
Foodie Shows - Hell's Kitchen, Ramsey's Kitchen, 搶灘大行動, Super Chef, etc.
Anime - Naruto, Bleach, Gibili Studio, etc...
Serials - 大長今, 醫道, 敘務二課, 金太郎, 嘛辣鮮師,極道鮮師,射鵰,神鵰,etc...
Drama - X-Files,Ghost whisperer, Medium, Eli Stone, etc...

Not forgetting Porn. I have been wanting to play Okami for a long time when it was on PS2 but since my PS2 DVD was not reading those new disc well, I did not get to play it until now.

It was worth the wait. The game played well and there are lots of new moves to learn. Instead of just finger actions as in PS2, there was lots of arms swinging and movements for Wii.

I really love the game.

Incidentally, I was also playing with 'World of Goo' prior to playing Okami. Okami got me hooked while 'World of Goo' got my partner hooked. When I in the loo or ideling, I may also be playing "Loco Poco 2" on my PSP.

Haha, I must really be crazy. Who would have heard about an uncle playing console games until he dun sleep? I wonder how may uncles out there are as crazy as me if not carzier?

Did try to post on BW if there are any fellow Wii players but the respond was dismayal. Well, I guess will just have to wait to see if there are any other Wii fans out there who love playing console games.

Dying Alone

Another news of a lady whose decomposed body was found weeks after she went missing. It is quiet sad that cases like these happens once in awhile. It was reported that she kept to herself and lived alone and had few friends and work independently.

I remembered an incident I once had few years back while I was home alone. While in the toilet doing my no. 1, I suddenly felt nauseating and that I am going to black-out. I quickly cleaned up and rush back to my room to lie on my bed before I pass out. Before I hit my bed, a thought rushed to me to leave the door open, just in case if I were to be unconscious, my tenant/partner can see that I am at home.

After I recovered from my near black-out, I called my then ex-partner and we both went to the emergency unit of the nearby hospital. I was later diagnosed with kidney/gall stones which was the caused to the cold sweat and fainting spell.

It was excruciating to suffer from stones but I eventually recovered. The incident did made me realised that it is good to have someone around, be it a partner or tenant or friend. And in case of emergencies or something serious, one should consider a backup plan where someone can be the custodian to manage your assets, etc. should the need arises.

Chatroom Saga

The saga of a complained made by a member about a certain Chatroom admin has come to an end. Anonymous supporters of Chinese sausage and 2 members slugging it out in a no holds bar exchanged of words caused quiet a stir in BW and it took 5 pages before our oral specialist closed the thread.

As the Chinese sausage incident came to a close, a bias idiot who is now in Germany, armed with hearsay and a half fucked side of the story decided to start another indignation case where a JB cam voyeur who was kicked by me couple of months ago on IRC. Sadly he is neither the person involved nor does he know the whole story. Do I feel guilty about kicking him, hell no. If I see him on IRC, would I kick him again? Hell yes. Just asked him what he did on #gam and #sgboy.

Oh, I have no doubt that I too, am guilty of kicking ppl out of the chatroom. Will I lose sleep over what I did? No. Was I sore about not being an op? Maybe. But I was more sore that I was not regarded as a friend more than anything else. After that incident, I ex-communicated myself. Anyway, life goes on.

Having dinner tonite with 2 BW members, I came to realise that there was a gathering in Pasir Ris through one of the member. Since he was having dinner with me, he was not able to attend the dinner in Pasir Ris. The BW member told me that; "After what happened, do you think you will still be invited?". Yah hor. Anyway, since it has come to this state, just accept it and move on and dun look back.

Hahaha..It was fun while it lasted.

Cyberbullying

Someone complained on BW 2 days ago, that he was kicked out and banned by the Op by making a remark that the chatter was a 'weirdo'. The op who is a close friend of the member in the chatroom took it upon himself to kick and ban the new guy who made a casual remark in the main chatroom. This complain eventually escalated to an all out exchange of words.

I posted my SOP and told that guy to take it easy as the chatroom is not the property of BW. As the exchange of words continue. The 'owner of the chatroom' tries to divert attention by bringing up an earlier incident about a 'notorious person who was kicking ppl too. It was so bluddy lame.

Personally, I think the 'owner of the chatroom' took sides and was bias. As much as he tries to justify his actions, it only made it worst by not admitting his mistake.

When Lungker move the topic to Flamming Room and Closed the discussion. I felt that since it is already in the flamming room, so let there be flames.

It was later that that 'owner of the chatroom' wrote about "obviously you are still angry' that got me going. Bluddy hell, was trying to put things aside and then kenna 'suan'. Well, for once, he deserved what he is getting.

Suddenly, a member broke his silence and wrote about being affected by such behaviour in that chatroom. I wonder who he was referring to when he wrote; "Some claim enlightenment in their blogs, but yet their behaviour is anything but." Hehe...I think I know who.

Anyway, I have to admit that I was guilty in the teasing, name calling, etc. part in chatroom but I only do that to ppl I know and it was done as a joke. Personally, talking normally is soooo boring. "Why so Serious?" (Joker to Batman).

So I know where that 'chatter' is coming at when he jest that "we had sex, etc." But apparently, the newbie don't get the joke which started the whole 'incident'.

When I went into the Chatroom later as a guest, 'the owner of the chatroom' somehow realised and left, but not before mentioning 'the moderator maybe spying'. Oh please, spying? Spy what? What is there to spy?

The other person in the 'storm' was actually badly affected by the incident. He keeps apologising to those he thinks he might have offended. It seems, he couldn't get over the fact that he had indirectly caused an 'incident'. No amount of words could pacify him.

Someone mentioned that 'This Topic is the most interesting one in months since "quitting bw"' and I couldn't agree with it more. I am so gonna sit back and watch the firework with my packet of popcorns.

Getting Organised

I have always been a rather organised person, but as the years gone by, I have been slacking and have not been really organising my stuff at home. After incessant nagging by V, I decided to get a cupboard.

I have been to Ikea for like 3 times, but I have yet to settle on the kind of cupboard I wanted. Finally on my 4th visit, with the help of E, I managed to order the Besta dark brown cupboard with frosted glass panel. That actually set me back about 600+ with the addition of some paper boxes.

Well, after 2 days' wait, the cupboard arrived today. It was quickly assembled by the Ikea delivery cum assembly men. After they left, I spent the next few back breaking, sweat dripping hours tidying all my books, computer components, beddings, etc. With the help from V, things managed to get packed and organised rather smoothly. I shifted through my stuff and threw out many thing which I dun need or were old, etc.

After the major cleanup, I reclaimed much of my hall from all the previous clutter. I am so happy as my place looks much neater now.

Songs that touches me

When I saw MM's post, memories came flooding back to my mind of an incident which happened in KL.

Met this guy during my trip to KL with BW members; who was a friend of my KL friend. As my KL friend was not free, he has as his friend to chauffer me around. As we were outside Club 39, he was showing off his car's high end sound system by playing a couple of songs. It was there where I first heard; Love Me by Collin Raye. I was moved by the lyrics and asked him who sang the song. He told me that he will make a copy and pass to me the next time we meet.

Next day, we met for dinner with my friend and he handed me 2 CDs with songs he compiled for me. It was really nice of him to do that.

I never get tired of listening to the song and it brought me to tears just listening to it because the song reminds me of my granny whom I loved dearly.

"if you get there before I do... ...... ...but between now and then, till I see you again, I'll be loving you, Love Me."

Another song which never fails to brings tears to me is 蕭煌奇-阿嬤的話
<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/get_player" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"width="320" height="266" bgcolor="#FFFFFF"flashvars="flvurl=http://v14.nonxt7.googlevideo.com/videoplayback?id%3Db521359225d348d5%26itag%3D5%26app%3Dblogger%26ip%3D0.0.0.0%26ipbits%3D0%26expire%3D1331025209%26sparams%3Did,itag,ip,ipbits,expire%26signature%3D6C373113A36A4F994CDCBD6D02C09DBEF0131A03.63F64D0019148EDD11827DB788D273CB66EB5E71%26key%3Dck1&iurl=http://video.google.com/ThumbnailServer2?app%3Dblogger%26contentid%3Db521359225d348d5%26offsetms%3D5000%26itag%3Dw160%26sigh%3DYQisFY7ul0ELjxVb1cruXIxl8Xg&autoplay=0&ps=blogger"allowFullScreen="true" />

阿嬤你這嘛置叨位,......希望後世人,邧攔會凍來乎你疼,作你永遠的孫子, 擱叫你一聲阿嬤!

Surprisingly, after all these years, songs like these triggers me very easily. In fact, if not for NFB and OB, I was not even thinking about celebrating my birthday. Personally, I prefer to have a simple birthday just going out with a few close friends and having dinner. My birthday dinner was organised a day early as I would be busy on Sunday.

Met Chat at TP central and waited for OB to pick us up to go to Turf City. Upon arriving, Aka & Exec, Stockydude, NFB, Stoner and CB has already started eating. Pete arrived much later. Dinner was sweaty but filling. Exec had made a delicious chocolate which I had never tasted. At my age, I better cut down on all the sweet stuff. Of course that does not include cute young thing.

After dinner, Stoner & Stockydude left. We adjourned to Bt Timah's McDonalds for coffee and met up with STB and Elmo. We were all teasing STB for having a "hicky". Curious CB kept wanting to know how STB feels when he was given a hicky. Anyway, CB was teased the whole nite by the guys for his interest in me. As for me, I was teasing STB and Elmo.

The night draw to a close at about 12 but I still have to trouble NFB to drive me to mom's place to get the new iron with father redeemed with his fuel points. It was really nice of NFB to drop me and waited for me and drove me back home.

It was rather unfortunate that BH got diarrohea, Nuss could not find the parking lot and went back home frustrated and LC had Bowling that nite.

Few days earlier, I was actually feeling pretty lousy but what more can anyone ask when u have friends around you to have nice dinner, chill, unwind, tease each other and simply just having fun.

Thanks guys....you make my day.

Pre Birthday Dinner Outing

It's been awhile since I go out with boy for dinner. Since my birthday is coming up, he suggested that we go eat a good meal and followed by a show.

He has redeemed some food vouchers from Citibank for Seafood Forest @ Bugis Junction, as well as bought tickets for Mamma Mia! - The Movie from Shaw.

We met and headed for Seafood Forest. For Entre, he ordered Calamari and raw oysters while I ordered lobster bisque. For main course, I ordered Cray fish spaghetti and he ordered Salmon stake. My spaghetti tasted soggy and starchy and it was bland. IT was really bad, but I finshed it anyway as it was his treat for me.

I was glad that he brought tickets for Mamma Mia! instead of Wall-E, even though I would have enjoyed Wall-E. Mamma Mia! was great, and had made up for the bad dinner I had earlier. I left the cinema still humming to tunes by Abba; I have a dream.

When I came back, I had I missed a call on MSN from my Taiwanese friend. We chatted awhile and when I realised it, my boy was already fast asleep. I had forgotten to thank him for dinner and show. I leaned over and gave him a kiss and say my thanks.

Mamma Mia! - The Movie

I Have a Dream
<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/get_player" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"width="320" height="266" bgcolor="#FFFFFF"flashvars="flvurl=http://v4.nonxt4.googlevideo.com/videoplayback?id%3D432ef532f24a2594%26itag%3D5%26app%3Dblogger%26ip%3D0.0.0.0%26ipbits%3D0%26expire%3D1331025209%26sparams%3Did,itag,ip,ipbits,expire%26signature%3D762406EFF2091F0F947667083686C12ECDA0A745.4D16B4860DC21289548E611136C20C79A2B32F93%26key%3Dck1&iurl=http://video.google.com/ThumbnailServer2?app%3Dblogger%26contentid%3D432ef532f24a2594%26offsetms%3D5000%26itag%3Dw160%26sigh%3DXDLmDVsQPopBtT3T1eV1CqxNEnQ&autoplay=0&ps=blogger"allowFullScreen="true" />

This song is from the movie Mamma Mia! Reading it then and reading it now, it really set me thinking. Life earlier this year was comfortable and cosy with a good pay job and comparing with now, I am back to days of yonder; flash back year 2001.

This will be the third time I've pressed my reset button. 1st time was in 1990 when I decided to switched from Technical to Sales. 2nd was in 2001 when I came back from BKK. Now and most recently, my 3rd reset.

1990 was also the year where I decide to lead the life I want to live instead of living my life as someone I am not. I have learned to accept myself and wants to be happy instead of trying to please others while making myself miserable. It was also the year where I accepted my own orientation; after years of denial.

Year 2001 is a year where the whole world was going into recession. While the world goes into recession, I was going through mild depression. I was dis-interested to work and are vegging out at home. I eventually got out of my emotional rug and picked myself up.

Fast forward; 2008, I had left my job recently and had started a new path towards the unknown with my current project. The current economic situation is not looking good and it has giving me some what of a Déjà vu feeling. But what is different is I am not in depression but are very much aware of what I am getting myself into and the tough road ahead.

I am a fighter / survivor and I will enventually overcome and be successful. You can count on that.

Who are your friends?

I have never gave much thoughts when I helped my friends with their problems. He did not reply my repeated calls and messages. Fuming mad and not wanting to put the matter to rest, I massaged him a last message and informed him that his name and no. will be sent to my company for his no show.

5 mins later, he called and apologised profusely after giving me some lame excuses for his no show. I told him off and dish out on him and even though he wants me to represent him for future deal, I told him to look elsewhere as the deal is off.

Too bad for him, he had messed with the wrong guy. My work is stressful enough and I certainly don't need prospect like him to make my day any worst. Many of my colleagues in my line of work had to put up with such people and to swallow the bitter pill.

I was glad I am able to get back at that prospect even though I lost the deal. Someone has to stand up to such prospect and they had to be told off for playing people out. The discussion went smoothly and as we were leaving, something he said caught me off guard and I found myself touched to tears and was trying hard to fight back tears from my eyes in front of him and his wife.

He told me that he remembered what I said to him back in 1993 when he was starting out in his business; I had told him that had he needed my help in his new venture, I would be his first customer. I've worked in small SME to big corporations; most of the time working for people. My current job has the size of a big corporation but yet, I am my own boss (entrepreneur). I came to realised that being a boss is really not easy, but I am glad that I am doing what I am doing now. I answers to no one except myself and I realised that I am threading in uncharted waters.

My job is made more tolerable as I am not alone. I will be graduating with my fellow course mates by next week and I realised that many of my course mates are ill prepared in their mental as well as technological skills. In this day and age, one really need to leverage on technology to help them get the latest information which would help them in their jobs.

I've come across fellow course mates whom are in it as an extra backup plan "后路". But the problem with them is that they still think like a worker and not like a boss.

I am glad that I am technologically apt and that I've met with very nice course mates whom welcomes me into their group. My tenant who is my friend plays a part in making my transition from worker to boss bearable. When I am in doubt, I know I can get the answers readily.

I am giving myself lots of opportunity to learn from the best and at the same time working hard to close deals. I am aiming to be the best there is. :)

Self Exile

After reading BW, I came to know that there was some war-of-words between 2 regular BW mahjong kaki in their respective blogs. When friends are too close and sees each others too often, some misunderstandings can happend and frienship lost. It seems that the 2 BWers had settled their differences (from their respective blogs).

Few months ago, I was de-op from IRC by the original starter of the BW IRC chatroom for anyhow kicking people out. He told me that; "Most people (in IRC) dun want to see u on IRC". I took the hint and exile myself from IRC after that.

It was later that I found out the word "Most people" is subjective. I wasn't as "unwelcome" as I was "told".

I was sore initially, because I regards him as a friend but was treated like an outsider. I also realised that as much as I can regard somone as a friend, it is not up to me if I am not considered as one.

Luckily for me, everything happens for a reason. After my exile from IRC, I was kept busy after I enrolled myself in a course which eventually led me to my new job.

Anyway, looking at the positive side of things, I was glad that that person de-op me in IRC, if not for him, I would still be parking myself on IRC and spent hours on ends chatting and glueing myself to my computer. Not that there is anything wrong with doing the above.

Nowadays, I am swamped with work and hardly even have time to chat online and everyday after I comes back from work, it's more work and of course moderating of BW forum.

Well, I am not trying to add fuel to fire, I just felt that everything happens for a reason.

While one showed up during one of the Mod's birthday karaoke gathering, the other was absent.

Self exile is a good thing. Instead of fighting over issues, it is non-confrontational and it allows both party to cool off. Although not much could be said about the posting in their respective blogs and in their case, 寫者無心, 看者有意 which led to their misunderstanding.

I hope my blog also dun be misconstuded to be another 寫者無心, 看者有意 incident.

BW moved

BW have moved to our own server. :)

http://www.blowingwind.org/forum

Bangkok Love Story

Just finished watching Bangkok Love Story. A pretty sad show that depicts the love between 2 men which faith brought together but could not really be together even till the end.

The show basically is about a man who's love is so strong, he is willing to give up his wife and even when he is blind, he waits for his love to be released out of prison. by donning women's cloth (aka Drag) to entertain fellow BWers. I am not sure how some of those who are paranoid will recieve it? Still it is better to have some entertainment than to have nothing
